THE NIMB

The Nimb is the gastronomic flagship of the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen. Our first and foremost passion is to provide and ensure a high level of quality in everything we have to offer our guests.

The Nimb first opened in 1909 but underwent a thorough renovation respecting the history and characteristics of the building and reopened in May 2008. The House contains unusually beautiful overnight accommodation as well as conference and banqueting rooms.

With a Michelin-rated restaurant, brassiere, dairy, 13 unique suites and a vine bar inspired by Italian standards, the re-opening of the famous house was an exceptional event in the history of Danish gastronomy.

Within its first year after re-opening, the Nimb has achieved both Danish as well as international recognition including a place on the Condé Nast Traveller 2009 Hot List, three Red Towers for Nimb Hotel in the Michelin Guide and a Michelin Star for Restaurant Nimb Herman. In addition, Nimb Hotel became a member of a Small Luxury Hotels in September 2009.
