City Hall receptions

If you are planning an international congress in Copenhagen, the Municipality of Copenhagen can offer a free reception at the City Hall for the congress delegates.

When entering the impressive old hall, delegates will be welcomed by the mayor or a member of the municipal government.

A number of criteria must be met for a reception to be granted such as a maximum of 600 delegates participating in the reception. As part of Wonderful Copenhagen's many free services we gladly offer assistance with pre-bookings, application criteria etc.
