Highest costumer satisfaction ever
July 2010 The latest survey among passengers flying with Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) shows that, among other advantages, SAS gives excellent value for money.SAS has been conducting costumer satisfaction surveys once a month for the last ten years, but the latest survey reveals the best results ever.
"Our passengers are satisfied with the quality they get for their money with SAS. This is particularly heartening because, previously, many used to say that SAS was too expensive, without even knowing what our prices were. SAS is still the airline which, in Copenhagen airport for example, offers the most cheap tickets," says Per Møller Jensen, VP marketing and sales. 70 per centThe research measures 20 parameters and the combined figures show that 70 per cent of SAS's passengers are satisfied or very satisfied. "This is the highest figure since we began to measure this area in 2001. Passengers are, among other things, pleased with our high levels of punctuality, but also tell us that there is room for improvement," concludes Per Møller Jensen. |
