Sports and special events for the crew

Local port agents coorporate with the Danish Seamen's Welfare Organization, Cruise Copenhagen Network and Copenhagen Malmö Port to arrange sporting and social events for the crews of vessels visiting Copenhagen. Activities include European football, basketball, sightseeing tours etc.

In 2007 we invite crews back and participate in the Nordic Summer Cup.

Nordic Summer Cup football matches between the crews of visiting vessels are played in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Bergen and Stockholm.

We can also arrange excursions to the famous Carlsberg Brewery Exhibition Centre, where officers and crew can taste the local products. www.visitcarlsberg.dk.

Transport from Langelinie Pier to Copenhagen Zoo (Pilealle) is easy, just take bus number 26. Leaves from langelinie Pier every 15 minutes.
