Toldboden is a brand new total concept which opened its doors in the beginning of October 2010.
With its 1044 square meters and unique location, Toldboden is offering not only the framework for all types of events, but can also serve as meeting and conference center from 2 - 600 delegates depending on the set up.

Toldboden serves elegant, New Nordic cuisine, which isn't just founded upon Danish seasonal produce, but is also CO2-friendly.
And it isn't just the food which is environmentally-friendly, the setting is too. An advanced heating system ensures that heat from the ovens in the kitchen is used to warm the entire premises; the bar is built from the warehouse's old floor; and the tables are also made from a floor from an old factory.
