Please order and we will send you the Copenhagen delegates's package before your event takes place.
We recommend that you order materials to the total number of delegates, provided that the materials will be used in the conference bags. If the materials are to be handed out at a tourist stand, it is our experience that it is sufficient to order materials to approximately half of the number of delegates.

Copenhagen Citymap Detailed Copenhagen city map. Attractions, museums, bus lines and tourist offices are marked on the map. The map measures 10 x 16 cm folded.

Enjoy Copenhagen This small brochure gives an overview of Copenhagen as a city wtih a number of different possibilities. There are suggestions for both gastronomic experiences, architecture tours, sights and shopping. The brochure can be used by congress participants, or to promote Copenhagen.
