SALT is the name of the elegant, modern waterfront restaurant in the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel****. Both hotel and restaurant are situated in an 18th century warehouse, designed by the architect and design company Conran & Partners.

The famous British designers have retained the old building's distinctive characteristics with its powerful pine beams and unfaced masonry walls, which now form part of a modern, maritime inspired interior.

Amid these gracious surroundings, and with a view of the busy harbour, your meeting delegates can be pampered all day long with delicacies from SALT's kitchen. Once the day's meetings are over, you can build up an appetite for the evening's gourmet meal at SALT with a mini-cruise aboard one of Copenhagen Water Taxis' Flying Fish boats.

Here champagne glasses will be filled as you sail past the sights of Copenhagen, such as the Little Mermaid, Amaliehaven, the new Opera House and the Black Diamond. Back on dry land, SALT's talented new chef, Rasmus Møller Nielsen, will greet you with a dinner composed of Danish ingredients with Mediterranean undertones.
