Barbecue under open skies

Imagine being gathered in a group on reindeer fur around a bonfire, as flickering flames light the night sky. A delicious scent of fried wild boar, game and grilled trout wafts from the kitchen tepee, where the chef is busy making dinner. It has been a day full of surprises, beginning in the centre of Copenhagen, with a half-day meeting in DGI-byen's bright, modern meeting rooms.

After the meeting your group departs for the countryside, where DGI-byen's experienced instructors are ready to help participants into canoes. A trip down Roskilde Fjord follows, ending at the Borrevejle Centre, where there is time for ball games and a treasure hunt before darkness falls and everyone gathers around the bonfire for chill-out music and drinks. Meat, fish, salads and bread are brought out, and after a long meal, it's time for some rest in the two tepees, where reindeer furs and sleeping bags are spread out for everyone.
