![]() ![]() Copenhagen gets a new landmark when the congress center Bella Center builds a 75 metre high hotel. Next summer the first spits will be made for the hotel, which will be the largest hotel in Scandinavia with 800 rooms, a wellness center, restaurant, café and sky bar. The four-star hotel will get two 75 metre high glass towers where the first stage - one of the towers with 400 rooms - begins the building this summer and is expected to open in 2010. The new landmark is to be built next to the existing congress center. With a hotel as an integrated part of the Bella Center, Copenhagen will be even stronger in the competition for attracting the big international congresses. The two towers will appear bright with light, industrialized elements on the façade built in metal and glass. The decoration will be Scandinavian design, and on the 23rd floor, the guests will be able to use the restaurant, café and sky bar, and enjoy a fantastic view over the city. On the 2000 square meters roof terrace, there’ll be plenty of opportunity to get fresh air.
