Geranium
Restaurant Geranium not only ranks high on the list of organic restaurants in Copenhagen, it is also located in beautiful green surroundings in Kongens Have, the park surrounding Rosenborg Palace. This organic gourmet restaurant has Rasmus Kofoed and Søren Ledet, two of the best chefs in the country, at the helm. The main priority of these two chefs is exclusively to use organic and biodynamic ingredients in their creative preparation of the food, and they only import wine, which can meet this requirement. Geranium's meals are organic-Danish with many vegetables and herbs and the chefs enjoy updating old classical recipes, one of them being a luxury version of a Danish porridge. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

BioM
All ingredients are organic in this small restaurant in the district of Østerbro. Even the paint used on the walls! The people behind BioM started the place based on one simple question: ' Why go out for dinner and have a meal filled with pesticides, when your shopping otherwise is organic?' The three owners found their answer by opening a quality conscious eating place with moderate prices. On the menu are light dishes such as salads and sandwiches but you can also order more substantial main courses, soups and desserts.
Cap Horn

Cap Horn has preserved its original style with different chairs and porcelain and funny knick-knacks; all contributing to the relaxed and homely atmosphere. Huks Fluks
On the sunny side of Gråbrødre Torv lies this nice restaurant, which opened in May 2007. The name in Danish indicates that intentions are to serve a quick lunch or evening dish while still maintaining top service, ingredients and quality. The place is 80 percent organic but first and foremost quality and sustainability are in focus. An example to mention is that the plates are thinner than normal, so many more fit into the dishwasher, and the CO2 emission is thereby minimized.
